Oleksandra Korolenko

Oleksandra Korolenko is a Ukrainian-born artist based in New York City. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from Kryvyi Rih State Pedagogical University in Ukraine and has worked professionally as an artist for more than a decade.


Her practice includes oil and acrylic painting, airbrush, and large-scale mural work. She began working with airbrush early in her professional career, and it became an important part of both her studio and commercial work. Over the years, she has developed a strong background in realism, working on everything from small portraits to murals covering entire walls and buildings.


Since moving to the United States, Korolenko has continued both sides of her practice. She has completed murals for schools, businesses, public spaces, and private clients, while developing a separate body of studio work focused primarily on portraiture. Her recent paintings are largely portraits of women, created in oil and acrylic.


Among her notable projects, Oleksandra participated in the Marvel X-Men mansion project, contributing mural artwork to the property used for the production.


Oleksandra regularly participates in public art events and industry exhibitions, where she performs live painting and airbrush demonstrations. She has presented her work at Summer Streets in New York City through the Museum of Urban Arts, as well as at Build Expo New York and the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, sharing her creative process and techniques with both professional audiences and the public.


Alongside her mural practice, Oleksandra actively participates in national and international exhibitions, presenting her work in galleries, museums, and exhibitions throughout the United States and abroad.


Her fine art practice focuses primarily on realistic and hyperrealistic paintings created in acrylic and oil. She is a member of the American Artists Professional League (AAPL), the International Guild of Realism (IGOR), and the Salmagundi Club.


In addition to her studio and mural work, Oleksandra teaches airbrush workshops and mentors artists in advanced painting techniques.
